In this week’s episode, the guys discuss some recent vegan cooking exploits, the movies they’re watching to keep themselves (somewhat) sane during the quarantine, quickly check up on the lack of sports, dive into politics for a while, and wrap things up with an in-depth geek-out over internet and technology.

(00:01:07) Cooking - Andre has finally found his vegan egg replacement in the Orgran Vegan Easy Egg, Chris’ Omega 3-6-9 supplement always reminds him of the Yin Yang Twins, then for some reason Chris goes down a New Girl rabbit hole.

(00:06:32) Coronavirus Update - Chris recalls a recent doctor’s visit and some of the characters he saw.

(00:09:31) Pop Culture - Chris finally gave in and started watching Tiger King and Andre says he just can’t with that show, so Chris calls him out for watching Jersey Shore, Andre defends himself and explains the appeal of the show, the guys share some of the movies they’ve watched under quarantine including Bloodshot, the new Bad Boys, and the latest Tom Segura stand-up.

(00:29:58) Sports - Somehow the guys manage to talk about sports despite there being very little going on… topics discussed include: Patrick Lindsay and Melvin Gordon and players with chips on their shoulders.

(00:34:43) Politics - Chris asks “Where has Joe Biden been?” and Andre gives his take on it, Andre approves of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s pivot towards a more mainstream message while Chris asks if that’s not just her selling out, the guys have a conversation about issues being generational.

(01:03:24) Technology - A brief interruption from you know who, coupled with some less than stellar internet speeds, leads the guys to a discussion of internet service providers, the guys share their home internet setups and talk about what they want to do next time, Chris talks about his difficulties setting up a shared hard drive on his home network, Andre talks about why he hasn’t gotten a Raspberry Pi yet, Chris talks about his disappointment in cloud storage services and Andre plugs NextCloud, the guys share their hate for the Windows OS and their love of Lenovo laptops.
